DISTANCE HEALING SESSIONS

DISTANCE VISIONARY HEALING SESSIONS work with the body, mind and spirit as a whole. We will meet face to face on zoom and dive deep into your current state of consciousness and take a look at specific areas of your life that feel stuck and need healing. Together we will set an intention for change and work to move out any stagnant energy, creating space for what you wish to call into your life.

Each session is unique, tailored to the individual and may include guided visualization, pranayama, chakra clearing, sound healing and crystal therapy.

My intention is that you walk away from the session feeling empowered, grounded, deeply connected to your intuition and ready to take charge of your reality.
